Maybe it’s providing for your family or spending quality time with your spouse. When you are able to live in alignment with that matters to you, you will be able to reach your fullest potential every day.

Why do I feel like I am retching all the time?

Recently Ive been retching, on occasion being physically sick which does actually alleviate it. This never used to happen and I hope its not going to run away with me. Its totally irrational and I just wish it’d go away because life is getting pretty bloody miserable.
